Geoff Broll founded Seaguth Elixirs on a mission to share the power of adaptogens.

Always deeply connected to nature, Geoff enrolled in the California School of Herbal Studies in Sonoma County, where he learned about the many ways adaptogens can improve our energy, focus, and overall well-being when used over time. As someone who learns by doing, he decided to put these botanical treasures to the test.

Geoff adopted an adaptogenic lifestyle to see if one new daily habit would affect his performance as an Ironman athlete. He tried a variety of different roots, mushrooms, and herbs and noted which adaptogens improved his energy level, athletic performance, and recovery. To his utter delight, not only did his performance improve, he did not feel drained, depleted or worn out, but rather invigorated, regenerated, and motivated. He found true allies and invited adaptogens into his daily regimen and encouraged others to adopt them as well.

In 2021, these positive results and a desire to share his experience, inspired Geoff to begin a long process of formulating delicious ready-to-drink beverages that would bring the benefits of adaptogens to the world. Each step was made with a conscious effort to utilize nature’s gifts, minimize our ecological footprint, and provide appealing functional beverages that provide a holistic approach to wellness.

"I have found more enjoyment in daily life because of the adaptogenic lifestyle,” Geoff said. “I can do more of the things I really like doing, swimming, running, cycling, etc. In addition, the adoption has connected me more with the earth, its cycles, seasons and rhythms. It has also connected me with traditional cultures of the past.”

Now available in more than twenty locations throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties and online, Seaguth is dedicated to empowering individuals to thrive in their busy lives.

“My hope is that Seaguth Elixirs motivate people to become their own advocates, conduct their own research on adaptogens and herbal allies, and maybe introduce folks to a new way of mindfully taking care of their bodies and our world.”
